What is IQubits?
|
IQubits focuses on developing silicon and nitride-based electron/hole-spin qubits consisting of nanoscale multi-gate MOSFETs and control-readout circuits integrated on the same die in ultimately-scaled state-of-the-art FDSOI CMOS technology.
